Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant for Office 365 is a new analysis tool that is focused on troubleshooting issues in their public Cloud-based applications. It can run tests to troubleshoot issues with Outlook connectivity to Office 365 email, issues with mobile access to Office 365 services, Office application problems, and it can also run tests for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 online suite that sits alongside Office 365 for Enterprise CRM users.
Support and Recovery Assistant for Office 365 can automatically fix issues for you if you want it to, or it can outline how to fix problems so IT staff can do it. If it finds an issue that it can’t address it will suggest next steps and how to contact Office 365 support. In the latter case, it’ll provide logs that Microsoft Support can use to start troubleshooting issues.
